Sunday April 26th:
Hang session with Jean Van Roy of Cantillon (amazing lambics), Yvan de Baets & Bernard Leboucq of Brasserie de la Senne (producers of Taras Boulba, Stouterik, Zinnebier, among others) Jean & Nassim of Moeder Lambic (coolest pub in Brussels), and the Shelton Brothers crew (those that make things like this happen). Pouring hard to find draughts and rare bottles. This is not to be missed.
